Kids Crossfit

My two older kids decided to do KIDS CROSSFIT for the month of July. They just do it 3 days a week, for 45 minutes in the morning and they love it! They get to push and pull sleds, run a little, do sit ups, push ups, box jumps, squats ...oh and don't forget DODGEBALL! They really do love it and I think its good for them! I think they like having their own exercise class!
