So Precious

So Precious. He is so freakin cute! We were trying on Halloween Costumes with Casen the other day and he is going to be a POLAR BEAR! I love it. He didn't like it too much, but it will keep him warm. And I love when he falls asleep when I am feeding him. So PRECIOUS!
He goes in for his 9 month in a week or so. Let's HOPE is is gaining weight. If not, I do not know what the answer is. He is totally eating the amount of oz. he is suppose to be eating and more. So hopefully my little munchkin is growing!

Loosing her 1st Tooth

So, not the most flattering pics, but we were trying to show off her new hole in her mouth. Corey has had a loose tooth for about 1 month or so and has been wiggling it every day and bugging me about it. A few times, I have tried to help her get it out, but she is such a chicken, that I quit helping her. I told her to quit being such a "chicken mouse" and just pull the darn thing out. It kinda got annoying. So I just gave up and figured it would fall out eventually. Well one day last week, she went over to her cousins house and their mom, Corey's aunt, is a dental hygenist. So of course, Corey, too afraid to tell her no, let her pull it out. She was so EXCITED when she ran home and showed me. And I was so EXCITED that it was finally out. I had no hurt feelings that someone else pulled it out. I was just glad it was out and I would not have to hear about it anymore.

Than came the tricky part, the TOOTH FAIRY! Matt was out of town that weekend on Father/Sons Outing, so she was bummed that he was not here in the morning to share her excitement. I let her sleep in my bed that night, since Matt was camping. So she put it under the pillow in my bed. Along with her tooth, she put a note asking the tooth fairy for a picture of herself, since the cousins got a picture of the tooth fairy and $1,under their pillow, for their teeth. I am sure the tooth fairy was up until 1 AM, searching her data base of pictures of herself. She must have been warn out the next day. Well sure enough her tooth was gone the next morning and a cute picture of the tooth fairy and $1 was under her pillow.

We are so glad that the first one is out, because "ALL HER FRIENDS HAD LOST TEETH EXCEPT FOR HER AND IT WAS SO UNFAIR." Now she knows what it feels like and she won't be scared the next time around!

Got Kids Pics Taken Finally

So I finally got the kids pics taken together. It has been like 2 years since I have had a pic taken of them together. Casen is 8 months, Cade is 4 and Corey is 6. They turned out way cute! I tried to enlarge them bigger, but I could not figure it out! My kids are growing! Picture day always takes forever and the kids get tired! So I am so glad this is over!

The Diabetes 5K Walk

Last Saturday, I took my kids and joined my niece Teisha and her family for the Logan 5K Walk for Diabetes. Teisha is 21 now and has Type I Diabetes and so does her dad. So we like to support them every year and walk with the family. We love Tiesha and Chad and pray for them all the time that we can find a cure for Diabetes. We also pray that none of our family or anyone else in their family gets diabetes either. It is a hard disease to live with and adjust to.

The walk was an awesome turn out. There were so many people and the kids had a great time. Teisha's T-shirts were also a hit again this year. The little girls all looked so cute in their little pink shirts. My sister-in-law Mandy is 36 weeks pregnant and she made the 3.2 mile walk too. I think she was hoping to go into labor. She was hurting a little afterwards, but she made it.

We love you Tiesha and Chad and hope there is a cure out there SOON!

Cade's First Day of Preschool

So today was Cade's first day at his 2nd year of preschool. But he is going to a new school this year that offers more sporty events for him. Last year he was a little bored at his other preschool and he just needs that extra UMFF (sp??) to go to school. So this is the Gym Preschool and they offer swimming, tennis, and gymnastics, along with their curriculum.
He was a little nervous, but he had alot of fun and is excited to go back! It was weird again not having any of the kids home this morning, except for the baby! But I get to get alot of my errands done or just house cleaning while they are gone. It is kinda quiet! Wish I could sleep, but chances of that happening are slim.
Still having a hard time getting back into the swing of things and cleaning, schedules, etc. I just want to relax and play and NOT CLEAN!

Memorial Day at Grandpa's in Wellsville

So yesterday was fun at grandpa's house. Becca came and so did the B Allan Family which made it more enjoyable for Matt and me. The kids love to have Becca around and I love my Uncle Brett and his family. They are so fun and easy to talk to and be around. My kids always enjoy the parade every year. In fact, yesterday, Casen woke up at 6:15 AM and I was so bugged. Well my other kids woke up at 7 Am because they were so excited about the parade. But the parade was not till 10:00 AM. I was so bugged.
But we made the best of the day, went to the parade, took Cade over to the Indian/Settler battle, ate some lunch, and talked to some relatives. Cade was loving the "SHAM BATTLE." I was bored like every year, but he was loving it. It is a little play they put on, but they get all decked out. CRAZY people in Wellsville! No it was fun to see gramps and the family!
Then Becca just hung out and we had a little BBQ dinner and watched a few movie in the theatre room. Becca loved the theatre room. This was her first time seeing our basement and she loved it.
Now today I am in "Get out of Vacation Mode" and I am not doing well. I am so tired and not wanting to do anything! And this morning, I could tell it was colder than normal, and I got a little sad knowing summer is coming to and end and fall/winter is around the corner. Don't get me wrong, I love fall, but WINTER LAGS with young ones.

My kind of Camping- Cherry Hill

So yes I am a wuss. I really do love REAL camping, but it is so dirty and so much work to clean up and YES I am a little... OK ALOT scared of wild animals, namely BEARS. Every since that kid got pulled out if his tent a few years ago, in Utah, I am scared because I feel like I cannot protect my cubs, my babies, from something like that. I really do have a great time camping with alot of people and tend to do better, but it is still in the back of my mind. So we decided to go "JEN CAMPING" to Cherry Hill in Kaysville. My kids loved it. I loved it . And Matt thought it was OK. He was sick for half the trip. He had a little flu bug and slept in the camper part of the time. It sucked. He wanted to go home. But we had just got there and the kids and I really wanted to stay.
The trip started out a little rough with the camper not working at first. We could not get the power to work, we forgot a hose, and we could not get the Crank to keep the pop-up trailer up. It was stressful at first and if any of you know Matt, he does not do well in stressful situations. Over the last 10 years of marriage, I have just learned to ignore him when he gets stressed, but he turns into a BEAR. Then the next morning, when he woke up sick, that was not a good thing. Luckily in the afternoon he started to feel better and got to do some of the fun activities that were here.
I loved it because we were camping on grass. We had bathrooms with showers. The kids got to ride their bikes. They had fun things for the kids like minature golf and a little water park thing. I slept so good and so did the kids. The only bummer part is you cannot have a campfire. But other than that it was so fun! So relaxing. The weather was great. We took walks while the kids rode their bikes. The kids actually feel asleep, all 3 of them, at 8:30 PM the 2nd night. It was great. But the kids were up earlier too. 6:45 AM one morning Casen woke up, which sucked for me. And the other kids woke up about 7:30AM. So I did come home super tired, but still had way fun!
One little mishap, POOR COREY. She has 2 new nicknames now. We call her MURPHY and THE SCARECROW (From wizard of oz) because she is really clumsy and if anything bad can happen to her, it will. We were on the tube ride their and TWICE she got bumped off her tube and stuck under other tubes/riders... PANNICKING. Both times I was with her and just jumped off my tube to pull her out, along with the life guards, but it freaked her out to bad, that she was done. I guess she is just too much of a lite weight. Anyway, she just had bad luck. And I hope her clumsiness wears off eventually. I thought it was wearing off, but it CAME BACK! She is very coordinated, just clumsy!
So we had fun and I do want to make it a tradition every year to go to Cherry Hill and bring FRIENDS and FAMILY too.
