My Baby is Turning 3 Today!!!

I can't believe that 3 years ago today this little blessing came into our lives. Crew has seriously been the most entertaining and funniest kid. He has been hard at times too and so full of energy, but he has brought so much happiness to our family. I am sad because he is my baby and he is growing up more and more everyday. I just want to keep him at this age forever.
When he was born, he had some breathing complications and looking at him now you would have never known he was in the NICU for 24 hours. He is wild and crazy and did I say WILD. You can tell he is the 4th child because his "potty talk" is terrible and the things he says are so grown up. He is so smart and so witty. He loves to snuggle with me and Matt. He loves our bed and one day we will get him in his own bed. I told him when he turned 3 that he was going to wear "big boy" underwear and sleep in his"big boy" bed. So we will see how that works out.
He really is a mammas boy and he loves to run errands with me. He loves being with Casen too. He struggles when Casen has to leave for 2 hours to go to preschool. He really is a social bug too and loves to play in big groups of kids, as long as one of his siblings is there with him. He also loves music and anytime a good song comes on, he is always dancing. He loves to carry my phone around the house and listen to my songs. He also loves food. He will try just about anything, but he has to sniff it first. He really has a "BOWSER" Nose. Crew is also very agile and athletic. He loves to play with the big kids, even if he gets hurt doing it!
I love my CRUISER and he makes my everyday so fun and so complete. He makes me laugh everyday. LOVE YOU BUDDY!

Hardware Ranch.....A Warm Saturday

This same weekend, we had about 5 hours to kill in between games and so I decided to take the kids up to Hardware Ranch. I have been wanting to go there this winter. It ended up being a warm day and good weather. No snow for driving conditions. Yah! So I took my kids up Blacksmith Fork Canyon and it turned out great! (Besides the fact that we overdressed a little and Corey was freaking out. She had ugly sweats on underneath her snow pants. OH NO! Girls are so funny!)

We got there and realized it was even warmer up the canyon. We walked up the big hill to get our tickets and by the time we had come down the hill, we were sweating! So we had to take off a few layers at the car before our wagon ride. We actually didn't even need mittens. It was 35 degrees up there. Corey even ended up taking off her snow pants because she was so hot.

There were not very many people and so the line was short. We got right in and our ride was great! I learn something new every time we go. There were not as many elk as normal because there has not been a ton of snow yet. But there were still enough to make it worth our trip! There were about 250 elk or so, compared to 400-500 normally. But we also saw some cool Bucks too. My kids were impressed, especially the two little boys!

Afterwards, they went and bum sledded on a little hill. Luckily the boys kept their snow pants on. It made it way more enjoyable! They had fun!

We headed home, ate lunch at McDonalds, and then really headed home! Wish Daddy could've come with us, but it was still a fun time!
