You would actually not believe it; the kids actually slept in on CHRISTMAS DAY until 8:30. It was a Christmas Miracle for Matt and I. So awesome. The kids came in to our room and Matt said "Give me 10 more minutes." So Casen said, "Yah I need 10 more too" and he went and laid back down. We were laughing. Its freakin Christmas. Lets get up and open some presents! AHHHH!
So the kids lined up like they do in the hallway and waited for dad to get dressed. And then they all raced into the TV room to find their presents! They were so excited. We started out opening one present at a time, but Crew did not want to wait. So he just kept opening his and we would all pause to see what he opened. He got through his presents pretty fast and then started helping all the other kids open their presents! SO cute! He was loving his presents. Him and Casen got alot of Teenage Mutant Ninja turtle stuff!
Matt got a sprinkler box from Santa. Kinda weird! LOL!
The kids found their note that Santa wrote them back...thanking them for the goodies!

After the kids and dad had been inside all morning and afternoon, dad decided to go and get the snow mobile started and give the kids a few rides. It was nice to get out and have a little fun outside! All the kids loved it!
After a nice morning and afternoon at home, opening gifts and putting gifts together and cleaning up our messes, we got ready and went over to Nan and Norms for dinner one more time. We had a lot of left overs from Christmas Eve and none of us wanted to cook, so we ate dinner and gave Nan and Norm their presents. We stayed for a bit, helped clean up and went home to try and relax for the rest of the evening. Can't believe Christmas is already over! Now my kids get to just enjoy their CHRISTMAS BREAK! The best time of Christmas. The lazy week after Christmas!!!!
