The most absolute fun part about our trip was the concert. It happened to be at the Del Mar Fair Grounds which was fun too because I have not been there in years and it is a great FAIR!
So we hit some traffic and didn't get into the fair till about 6:00 PM and the concert started at 7:00 so we did not have a ton of time. But we did get front row VIP Parking from Angie, so that made it so NICE!
Oh and don't forget that we curled the girls hair and planned out all their outfits and made signs for the concert and decorated the car all before the concert started! It was an ALL DAY AFFAIR! They were loving it and so excited!
So we finally got to the fair and were walking around and decided we better get something to eat before we went and took our seats. So we found something quick, did a little people watching and headed to the concert! Corey was a little nervous because it was so crowded and really easy to get lost. I was really glad I did not have my little kids with me or strollers. It would've been kinda stressful!
Poor little kid chickened out! I would've too!
We had some pretty awesome seats and it was super crowded! A few no name bands sung first and then it was Victoria Justice and then BIG TIME RUSH! The girls loved the whole thing. Suprisingly we only needed earplugs for the first band. The rest was not too bad. Victoria Justice was adorable. And Big Time Rush was super entertaining. I actually have a crush on one of guys named James (These guys are acutually 23, 24 years old, not 18, so it is not weird that I have a crush). They even sang down a few of the aisles and we got to see them close up. It was pretty neat! Ang got us some awesome seats!
James...My crush! He is actually from San Diego
The cute girl they picked from the audience to sing to! She was freaking out. So cute!
Kendall...the dorky one!
James coming down our isle to sing!
Logan & Carlos....Carlos is Corey's fav.
Me and Steph were even dancing a little, even though we were embarrassing our girls. It was fun! I love concerts!
After the concert, we got to walk around the fair and we let the girls go on a few rides. It was not as crowded at 10:30 PM.
Grandma getting tired!
They got to take a pic with one of the girls who sang before Victoria Justice. I think her name was Olivia! She was so nice to the girls!
Awesome drumstick we shared. It better be good for $13.
And I can't help but post a few pics of this beauty. She is a mammas girl and would not let me hold her too much, but she is just so loveable and squishy. I love her and miss her! The cutest most petite thing ever!
