Auntie Em needed a vacation and a getaway from work so we decided to go to St. George for the weekend. It was so much fun and perfect weather. The sun felt so good and we enjoyed every minute of it. Matt was busy with carpet cleaning...his busiest time of year, so I just took the kids and picked up Em on the way! I picked the kids up Friday after school, May 4th and we headed down there. We didn't do much Friday night because we got there pretty late.
Saturday,May 5th, we got up, ate breakfast, and then let the kids play outside on their bikes for a couple of hours. Then we headed over to the Bucket Pool. It felt so good to be outside with a tiny breeze and the water blowing from the fountains and the warm sun. My kids were loving it!
After the kids got sick of swimming, we headed over to the fountains on Main Street to let them play for awhile. We ended up getting caught up in the traffic for the IRON MAN contest. We also got really into the Iron Man Contest. It was amazing. We actually got to see the 1st guy finish. It was crazy! We also found a cute little cupcake place and tried some cupcakes and a little snowcone stand and had a snowcone. We were really just enjoying the crowds. My family loves to People Watch!
